Training

Through the course of regular G3S2 activity - both support and internship programs - individuals typically learn a wide variety of "real world" things. Training might be considered "Everything 101" covered with the intent to introduce cross-cultural greater good workers to the myriad of topics that may be relevant to their work... and do this in a global/international context. Therefore, each subject is really addressed primarily as an introduction, but nevertheless practical. The model to be used for this is the Boy Scouts of America's merit badge system. Each merit badge has a list of topics to cover and be approved before completion. Some topics are mandatory and some action items are optional.
